What You Will Need:

3 lb of wings (approx. 30-40 wings)
3/4 cup of raw honey
1.5 tbsp of minced garlic
2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Now What?

  1. Place wings in your crockpot (I used a 2 quart crockpot, and it filled them to the top).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle ingredients over wings, and stir so the sauce covers the wings throughout.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or 3-4 hours on high.
