These make a great side dish to your favorite meat entree.
What You Will Need:
3 parsnips
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp marjoram
salt, pepper
Now What?
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees
- Cut up your parsnips into pieces, no bigger than about 1/2 inch thck
- Place the pieces in a 9 x 12 casserole pan, or on top of a cookie sheet
- sprinkle olive oil, marjoram and salt and pepper on top
- Mix around well with spoon
- Cook in oven for approx. 30 minutes
- Serve on the side of any meat entree
