Marjoram Parsnips

Marjoram Parsnips

These make a great side dish to your favorite meat entree.

What You Will Need:

3 parsnips
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp marjoram
salt, pepper

Now What?

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees
  2. Cut up your parsnips into pieces, no bigger than about 1/2 inch thck
  3. Place the pieces in a 9 x 12 casserole pan, or on top of a cookie sheet
  4. sprinkle olive oil, marjoram and salt and pepper on top
  5. Mix around well with spoon
  6. Cook in oven for approx. 30 minutes
  7. Serve on the side of any meat entree
