These are so delicious! Every time I make them I amaze myself all over again how amazing they are. They are a perfect side dish when you are feeling like something warm and savory. They are great at Thanksgiving and holiday meals as well. You can not ruin this recipe!
What You Will Need:
2 sweet potatoes or yams (yams are actually sweeter)
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut ghee or butter
1 tbsp all spice or cinnamon (I actually used both!)
1 tbsp honey
- Boil the sweet potatoes until they are soft. This takes about 15 minutes.
- You can either hand mix all of the ingredients together, or throw them in a blender or kitchen aid. I usually use a bender, in the above photo I hand mashed them.
- Serve and enjoy! It’s that simple!
